As a service provider, it assigns the maximum importance to the protection of your sphere of privacy as a user of the offerings of Energie Informationsdienst GmbH, especially with regard to the processing of your personal data.

The divulgence of personal data is not required to use our Internet site. Your name and address are used for the shipment or holding of your prize. E-Paper
For subscribers to the e-paper of the Energie Informationsdienst GmbH, the following data is collected as inventory data: identifier, password, name, address, email address, selected edition, starting date of the subscription, duration of the limited membership, payment frequency, method of payment and bank account link. These data are needed for the processing of the subscription contract.

In addition, we automatically receive information from you as soon as you make contact with us. We store this information in part and for a fixed period in order to improve the quality of our services and so we can offer you an information portal that is tailored to you.
